The white-breasted waterhen (Amaurornis phoenicurus) is a waterbird of the rail and crake family Rallidae that is widely distributed across Southeast Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. female nuthatch. they are dark slaty birds with a clean white face, breast and belly.
